The parking garage was right next to the hotel. There was easy access and it was well lit and clean. Parking was free for hotel guests, so totally a win!

The staff here are amazingly nice and accommodating. I asked for a different pillow, they brought me one. I asked to borrow a phone charger they had every kind. Both the lady at the front desk ( Madison?) and the lady at the restaurant ( server ) were extremely kind and welcoming. Five starts for this staff.

Staff at check-in & check-out were so friendly & helpful. The female staff member at check-in recommended a great restaurant, 5th street steakhouse! The male staff that checked us out (sorry not to get names) was quite personable & provided information on the history of the area. The breakfast was delicious both the fresh bread, & the omelette was made to order! Great place to stay!

Great hotel

This is a favorite hotel for my husband and me to stay. Its history is interesting. The staff is friendly. Only a couple of issues. The pillows are very firm. Uncomfortable to sleep on. Also. There are few rooms with a view. Either a view of the parking structure or a rooftop
