This basement suite is a walk-out basement, which offers advantages compared to traditional below-ground basements. With larger windows and better access to daylight, the living room has an amazing view of the backyard, mountains, and valley.
However, there is one disadvantage to consider: Noise Transfer. The ceiling is the floor of the upstairs unit’s common areas, including the living room, kitchen, and dining room, so footsteps and human voices may be audible at times. While we cannot control this, we want to make sure you're aware. If you’re a light sleeper who is sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you.

Pets
• Up to two well-behaved pets allowed with prior approval; $200 pet fee per stay.

No unauthorized guests/visitors are allowed on the property at any time. Any violation will result in a fine of $800/unauthorized person/night.
