Located in industrial area but nicely hidden away from highway noise. A convenient location for business or play in chilliwack or cultus lake. A competent inn. But lacking amenities such as morning paper or on site restaurants. Nothing walkable in the surrounding area either

Our family loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. My children (10 and 12) enjoyed the slide at the pool and our room was clean and comfortable. Emilee and everyone else at the Front Desk were hospitable and helpful - they offered excellent restaurant recommendations and were very proactive about our requests. I recommend to anyone - especially families - looking for a fun and comfortable stay.

My family & i have stayed there 3 or 4 times before & not very many complaints this time unfortunately was very different the beds were not very comfortable my family and i in 2 different rooms both felt sinks in the mattresses we usually love the buffet breakfast but this yr was not very great but the waffles are always a hit! Paid for 2 rooms but unfortunately the remote did not work in 1 of them plus you couldn't connect your phone to the TV to have more options my boyfriend ended up buying a roku remote so we had many options but only in 1 room not sure if we come back if we'll stay again without some great updates & changes

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was unbelievably kind, happy and helpful the entire time. The kids enjoyed the pool/slide and lots of options at breakfast for everyone. The hotel and grounds were extremely clean, we noticed someone was constantly cleaning everywhere we went. Great with our dog! Would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved that the bfast is included on what we pay. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the slides. We booked couple of rooms and unfortunately one of the bathroom is not clean properly and ours has no shower curtain. I realized it when I was ready to shower so I had to call the reception but the phone was just ringing so I had to put everything back so I can go down to the main lobby to let them know. I’m glad the reception lady was nice and someone came in to put the curtain right away. Looks like both of the room was rushed to be clean but we were already so late to checked in so I don’t understand as to why no one check the room if it was properly clean for the next guest.
