Peñíscola is located on the main cliff of El Zonte, right on top of the famous Zonte cave. This unique position provides the property with an incredible 180-degree ocean view and the ultimate comfort of a luxury beachfront estate. Around this magical place, you can find perfect surf spots, or simply relax and take a long swim in the ocean. El Zonte is known for its great waves and magnificent views, making it one of the most beautiful beaches in Central America.

The property has been in our family for half a century. In 2008, we decided to open our doors to the public and specialize in luxury rentals. We firmly believe that traveling is not only about where you stay, but the quality of service, too. We prioritize our guests' comfort by providing full-time housekeepers, a cook assistant, and a full-time caretaker.

The estate is designed for maximum comfort, accommodating large groups across two distinct wings of the property to ensure both togetherness and private space:

The East Wing
This side of the estate features three bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms. It includes a master suite with a king-size bed and a bunk bed, plus two additional spacious bedrooms, each offering two full-size double beds.

The West Wing
The second wing offers three more bedrooms. It features its own master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two full-sized beds, and a final bedroom with two full-sized beds and a bunk bed, which share a well-equipped full bathroom.
