We have stayed in various French gites over the last 30 years and this one is perhaps the most underwhelming. It is compact, just big enough for four adults, however it only has 2 sunloungers and no comfortable outdoor chairs for sitting out in the sun.The kitchen is sparsley equipped - we bought a good knife for food preparation as the ones there were ancient and blunt, a butter dish, a teapot and a bread basket, all things every other gite we've stayed in have had and that I would consider essential. (We left these so it is now better equipped than we found it). The oven is a combi microwave, which worked adequately but is not the same as a proper oven, and whilst the induction hob was good, it only has 3 rings. Overall only just about adequate to cater for a family of four. The wifi and internet was 'flakey' at best with some devices able to get an internet connection whilst others couldn't. I think the router is in the adjoining onwers property so we were unable to hardwire any devices or add a booster. The lounge area on the mezzanine is not big enough to seat 4 people. My ended the holiday with a severe stomach bug, which the plumbing was not up to. The septic tank/pipework blocked several times, and with no equipment to deal with it I had to literally clear by hand :-( and to top it off the owner levied a charge of 40 to get it cleared on our departure! We spent more than that equipping the kitchen.Overall not somewhere I would rush to go back to.
