The kitchen continues the clean, relaxed aesthetic, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. Whether preparing breakfast before a beach walk or cooking with local produce for dinner, everything is designed for ease and comfort. A private courtyard provides a sheltered setting for alfresco dining, while the deck looks directly to the shoreline—perfect for reading, relaxing, or watching the sunset over the waves.

Three bedrooms sleep six guests, all equipped with ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, built-in storage and an attached ensuite. The second bedroom is set with a double bed, while the third has two singles. The family bathroom boasts a deep bathtub perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. A laundry with a washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area ensure a comfortable stay year-round.

Ample parking is provided on the driveway.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
