We were given a one bed room apartment. It was great. They provided a baby cot and that made life easier for us. The toilet was by far the only one with a heated flooring so going to the toilet was not a chore. Loved the architecture and deco of the place. Free tea in the afternoon. That was a nice touch. Mall walking distance from the hotel. We stayed only for a night and it was a great night.

This hotel was really convenient, the transport links were close and frequent, there was plenty of places to eat nearby as well as the hotel restaurant and breakfast was lovely too. There was a single washer/dryer and thankfully not too busy. The rooms were lovely and spacious and really clean.

The property was well presented. The room was very comfortable with the heated floors and heat pump already on when we arrived. The set up was amazing for the price. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The on-site restaurant was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a very good choice of hot and cold choices. The dinnermeals were absolutely delicious. Everything was amazing for the price. We are looking forward to returning there soon.

The property is at a great location. Walkable and drivable to all the attractions, shopping and dining spots. I like the abundant parking space best at this property. However the room we stayed at was very much aged. The fittings and household equipment offered was like from 1990s. While this may suits some guests’ flavor, it certainly isn’t my cup of tea. I would suggest an imminent room revamp so not to waste such a good location.

The uniqueness was the Tudorisque style of the rooms and everything around it. Liked the attention to detail inside the room like door handles etc with Harrypotterish around. Front desk members were very helpful . They surprised us with a NZ specific fruit Feigi. something to learn everyday. The highlight was a free upgrade to a two bedroom . Kids loved it. Price was good. Too bad we were only for a day . wished we could have stayed more.
