Located in Burnside, the house is just a 7 minute drive from the Christchurch Airport, and a 15 minute drive from Christchurch Central City. The house has 4 bedrooms, the first two containing a queen bed and a storage closet each, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a storage closet as well. The last bedroom has a queen bed, small closet and ensuite with a toilet, shower and vanity. The main bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and toilet. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fulling self-catering, with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are two living areas, the first downstairs and has a few comfy couches and a TV, and the one upstairs has a couple of chairs and a few games for a cosy day in.
There is a lovely, fully-fenced backyard with a nice seating area for anyone who has had a long day out and wants to sit in the evening sun!
