Our Property:
The property still retains a rich architectural history, infused with modern touches throughout. It has been a cultural gem over the years attracting, executives across the globe, hosting exclusive events, and private villa rentals.

The entire estate sits on 3 full acres and enjoy spectacular views of the north, east, and south shores! Enjoy tropical sunrises from the pool deck and watch the waves break on the Christiansted reef. Or just relax in our crystal clear free-form salt water pool or jump into the hot tub and enjoy a glass of champagne. Your bedroom includes a flat screen HD TV and an ultra-quiet split A/C units.

There are ceiling fans in every room and new travertine tile flooring throughout the entire apartment. Cable TV and Wi-Fi high-speed internet service are all included.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, stainless steel appliances and new granite counter tops. The comfortable living room includes a flat screen HD TV. A private washer and dryer are also available for your use.

A lush tropical landscape awaits you, complete with with coconut palm trees, pineapple plants, Avocado, Sugar Apple, Papaya trees, and even a Mango Tree at the foot of the property. Your Crucian tropical retreat awaits you!

We are located about 20 minutes from the airport and recommend that you rent a vehicle for your stay.

One of the things we love about our island home is that the island has some of the BEST restaurants. You are a minutes drive to downtown, which houses: Bombay Club, Hamilton’s, Rum Runners, Shupes, and only 4 minute drive to Sugar Beach and Le Cuisineer Restaurant.

1- Double Gated Access to the compound
2- Parking is free and this unit is allowed one car

3- If you are up to it, you can work out with our Certified Personal Trainer. He is a professional bodybuilder with years of experience working with athletes.

4- Don't want to cook, no problem. Enjoy a private meal catered right in your villa.

5- Don't want to shop or plan your travel. We do offer a concierge fee to plan your travel and shop for you!

6- As a perk for being our guest, we do provide priority access to renting one of our Jeeps. Outfitted to traverse the roads of St. Croix. With the car rental market being full, enjoy not having to wait in lines and your rental delivered to you!
