Inside, the Great Room is expansive with high ceilings and two walls of nano doors that fold back allowing for a seamless flow between the outdoor living space and pool deck! The entertainers kitchen includes a massive island and wet bar. Designed with the Caribbean climate in mind, there is abundant outdoor living space that wraps around the home with everything centered around the large pavilion. Dine outside with Family and Friends, work remotely in the shade or catch some rays at the pool.
Each room feels like a boutique hotel room suite with entry from the exterior and spacious baths ensuite complete with rich mahogany and upscale finishes. The primary bedroom includes a charming bathroom with an outdoor shower, dual sinks, massive walk in closet and water closets. The first guest bedroom with bath ensuite is connected to the primary bedroom through the laundry room. Both bedrooms have locks to the laundry room for privacy. Opposite the outdoor living space are the Living/Dining Area and two additional guest bedroom suites, these suite both have a private entrance, their own baths ensuite and open to a shared sea facing balcony.
