This Hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. I've stayed at this location several times and each time it's been great for my needs. Staff were all pleasant. Hot tub and pool were definitely a great amenity.

Great, reasonably priced hotel for short trip to King’s Island & surrounding area. This was our third stay recently as my kids love the indoor pool & hot tub, as well as the variety of foods offered for breakfast.

The place looked clean, but there was a funny smell in our room. Also there was a ton of kids going crazy in the pool area all weekend so we didn't get the opportunity to use that area at all!

The room was elegantly designed, clean, and nicely organized, It provided atmosphere of welcoming, relaxing and comfortableness. Two points which caught attention were that electric jack attached to the lamp were loose and hard to charge constantly, and odor in the bathroom (probably curtain), suspected morexella osloensis derived. Room's air was good, Bed was comfortable. Overall it was fairly good environment for an overnight stay. Thank you.

Nothing necessarily bad about cleanliness. Its an older building. I get that. Our light randomly went out in the bathroom. I told them about it when we left. We got through with a flashlight in the middle of the night. Handle on the toilet is backwards. Weird. All in all it worked for a one night. Any more than that I could not have handled it.

I did not appreciate the Fox news at breakfast. The hot tub was low on chlorine and closed most of the time we were there. That was part of the reason i picked this hotel. They also had the door open from pool to outside due to pool area steaming up. It was cold.

Room wasnt too clean, dusty, mattress in the pullout bed was disgusting, shower head rusted. Had privacy tag on the door, housekeeper walked in on me coming out the shower. Pool area should be cleaned or scrubbed more often

Air ducks in room and near the hot tub was full of lint and dirty. The pool’s tile was chipped up. The hot tub title was chipped around the top and there was a ring around the top of it. Needs to be scrubbed cleaned.
