specifically booked a room with whirlpool to be told the tub was broken. while i understand that things happen they extended the stay of another guest who wanted to add a day instead of giving me the room and amenity that i paid for. a simple phone call ahead of time would have helped as well, as i could have been refunded and possibly book elsewhere for the right amenity.

Very nice place to stay. The mall next door is. Ring torn down but there are shops and eating places close by. Pretty nice area. The hotel is clean, beds and pillows comfy. Coffee and tea and hot choc available 24/7. The nothing for us was no internet access. Now the hotel has free WiFi and I did sign in as the staff told me but still not true internet. And hubs tried repeatedly but could not sign in. We were visiting family and could usetheir internet- otherwise we would have had none. There are computers there for folks who wish to use them and that is an option. The pool looked inviting but we did not swim. The breakfast was nice with several different options and some variety every day. Wonderful welcoming staff.
