I have only stayed at another home2suites location in Ohio. This one was MUCH better than the other one. It was updated better. The bathroom door had a slider so you could easily get the door open and shut. All of the usb ports worked. Mine didn’t in the past stay. Manager was great and knowledgeable!! I still think that the pillow options need to be updated in this particular company. They are way too soft. And some people need firmer pillows. Since this is the 2nd Home2 Suites I have stayed at, it looks like the pillow choices are the same in all of the Home2Suites.

Everything was good except when we checked in the guy at front desk acted like we were asking to borrow a room for the night with his attitude wouldn’t open his mouth to talk and explain things didn’t even explain the deposit they took from our card and also stated that our card was declined and after I told him is impossible process it again he didn’t say anything and just handed our keys to us. He was the bad experience we had with his nasty greeting to us which makes the hotel look bad. Everyone we encounter with after was awesome.

Room was nice and big (King with pullout). When we used the extra blanket for the pullout there were stains on the blanket so that was a little gross. The bathroom/shower were clean so that was great. A couple pieces of silverware in the drawer were not clean.

Felt At Home Away From Home

We stayed at Home2 Suites in West Chester for a week while a family member was in a nearby hospital. The trip/timing happened to align with Christmas in 2025. We couldn't have made a better selection. First, every single staff member that we encountered was an actual delight. Special shout-outs to both Charity and Andekuba both at the front desk. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and modern. Every thing we asked for was provided--and with a smile. Whether it was additional towels/linens, an extra pillow, forgotten toiletries, or a roll of quarters to do laundry. We really felt at home away from home at the hotel. Also, the location is ideal. Right off of I-75, very close to I-275, and near restaurants, grocery stores, and Cincinnati staples like Skyline Chili and LaRosa's.
