Experience the best of Cincinnati in this spacious & renovated home in charming Gaslight Clifton. With over 2,300 sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (1 flexes as the 5th bedroom), 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room, & in-unit laundry.

Perfect for groups and multiple families! Sleeping accommodations are: 5 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Day Bed, 1 Rollaway Twin Bed, 1 Queen Air Mattress. Parking for up to 2 cars in carport in addition to free street parking (no driveway parking please)

You'll enjoy a large 2,300 sq ft renovated home with modern amenities. The large home was converted into a duplex in the 1930’s. The 2nd & 3rd floors of the charming historical building are yours with private entrances via the front porch and back stairwell. Stairs are required for accessing the unit. We have lived in the first floor apartment and travel often, renting the unit on Airbnb frequently. *Please be mindful of noise late/early hours (especially dining room and front stairs) as other guests may be below you. We’ve done everything we can to soundproof, but it is an old home and the noise does still travel.

The Gas Light Clifton neighborhood has old world charm with grand homes with the convenience of being minutes from downtown and all the popular attractions Cincinnati and the greater metro has to offer (see below for travel times).

Famous for its working gas street lamps, the oldest of which date back to 1843, this eclectic walking neighborhood features tree-lined streets and a wealth of independent restaurants, boutiques, and essential businesses at its hub on Ludlow Avenue, deemed Cincinnati’s first “Main Street neighborhood.” In addition to its urban charms, the neighborhood is also home to delightful green spaces such as, Mt. Storm Park, Burnet Woods, and the Rawson Nature Preserve.

Historic home architecture in Clifton Gaslight is diverse, including Second Empire, Richardsonian Romanesque, Gothic, Victorian, Arts and Crafts, Tudor, and Colonial Revival styles. Most historic homes were built between 1860 and 1935.

In addition to being one of the few neighborhoods in Cincinnati where a car is not necessary for everyday activity and entertainment, Clifton Gaslight is convenient to downtown, the University of Cincinnati, and expressways.
