Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.

In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.

Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

This extra-large lodge is located in a quiet area with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great

This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, and Dishwasher. It has a seperate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms:

The first with a King bed, ensuite bath room, and plenty of storage space

The 2nd has a Double bed,

The 3rd has 2 single beds.


All bedrooms have ample storage space and smart TVs

There is an additional family shower room with large walk in shower.

Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking

Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.
