Stunning countryside trulli villa with pool
Live in a real trullo! Renovated a few years ago, this villa combines traditional and modern elements, and thanks to its quiet location in the middle of olive groves and far away from traffic, you can spend a wonderfully relaxing holiday here. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool (with a shallow water area, suitable for small children), sunbathing on one of the loungers on the large pool terrace or a siesta on one of the shady terraces while the cicadas chirp. And if you've had enough of the peace: about 20 minutes' walk from the house (less than 1.5 km) begins the old town of Cisternino, one of the prettiest places in the "Valle d'Itria", where you can stroll and find many cafes , restaurants, gelaterie, bakers, grocery stores and souvenir shops.
Speaking of restaurants: the Valle d'Itria is known throughout Italy for its excellent cuisine. You should definitely not miss out on a few restaurant visits!
The villa, which is "attached" to the renovated trulli and integrates them, so to speak, can accommodate a maximum of eight people. There are three double bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom), an additional bathroom, a living and dining room (with a 1.40m wide sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and pots are available) and several terraces with a beautiful view of the greenery and the surrounding landscape. A large barbecue area (charcoal or wood) is available for your social barbecue evenings. There is no air conditioning, this is not really necessary due to the thick walls; we provide fans. There are mosquito nets in all bedrooms. In the cold season the house is heated.
There's also a washing machine and free WiFi with a business contract and unlimited traffic for your business video calls - if you really want or need to.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €100 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,52 on 06/01/2025, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.
