The property includes 5 separate units rented together to a group only, a large common room furnished to host all guests together and the apartment where the owners live. They do not use the pool or the outdoor areas – these remain reserved for the exclusive use of guests only.
Casale Tiziano lies on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and offers the perfect set-up for those wishing to explore two of the most beautiful Italian regions.
Outside there is a garden, a private swimming pool and a vegetable garden with seasonal produce.
Guests can enjoy a furnished outdoor area with a table and chairs for al-fresco meals; otherwise there is also an inside area with a living room, kitchen and dining area.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

Available to guests: swimming pool reserved for the excluisve use of guests (12 x 6 m), outside furnished area for dining alfresco. The house has insect screens on all of the windows, washing machine (11 kg) located in communal room (€ 6 per wash) and free Wi-Fi internet connection. There are 2 children’s cots available. Parking upon the property.
