Our group included grandparents and 2 families. The Villa provided all the space we needed with several area's to sit. The pool was fantastic and host, Alice really helpful. The beds were comfortable, and ensuites, although a little tired all functioned well. Any problems were remedied quickly and efficiently

Wonderful Family Villa

11 family members spent a wonderful week at the villa and all agreed it was a great choice. Natasha served the most amazing breakfasts and made a delicious cappuccino!!! Alice was a great host and together with Jacopo, arranged and chauffeured us to a fun day visiting an olive mill, winery and cheese farm. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Wonderful Villa

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful villa. The family spent many enjoyable hours in the pool and also enjoyed the amenities in the village. We had added several of the meals and side trips that they offer and enjoyed all the added experiences. Alice was so very helpful with getting everything set-up and even helped us arrange transfers to and from the villa. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa in the Umbri countryside.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff!

I stayed in the villa with my family and two other families for a week and it was amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the people are so nice and welcoming, and the town is very traditional Italian. With all of the tours and things we did in Rome, it was so nice to come here and relax, while still being able to explore and do day trips. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for somewhere to vacation in Italy!

Relaxing/updated traditional Umbrian get away

This home was as advertised, with a beautiful pool, walking distance to small town, plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy, with a washer & dryer and air conditioning available. The owner was responsive, and made sure our needs for food/chef and driver services were met! We all would go back to this home for a relaxing week where you can do as little or as much as you want!

Ideal distance to a lovely, quaint little town and wineries

Plenty of bedrooms for our group and the house and property was perfect for the 3 young kids to be outside. The weather was a little cool but sunny. The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. The kids got to see Santa in the Christmas Village which was their highlight of the day. I would recommend this villa to groups and families.

Memorable Italian Family Holiday

Excellent location 25 minutes walk to Citta della Pieve. Which had plenty of restaurants and a fantastic ice cream parlour Grande Amore The villa and swimming pool are set in beautiful surroundings with distant views to the hills beyond. The pasta making experience was lots of fun for the children and adults. Nothing was too much trouble and Alice was a great host who organised all our events and transfers. Her local knowledge was a great help and made our holiday an enjoyable experience.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is larger and more spectacular in person. Jacopo and staff were wonderful and accommodating to our large group. I highly recommend the dinner services that they provide as the traditional dinner was one of the best of our trip. Looking forward to returning sometime in the future. Our 11 person group from Finland found the Podere Baiocco very beautiful and comfortable! We had ordered breakfast for the whole stay of 9 days which was a good solution! Also the two dinners at house - the Welcome dinner and the Typical Tuscan dinner were wonderful! Shortly: Everything was as described or even better and Jacopo a great host! We will come again!!!

There were 12 in our group and the week was wonderful!!! Jacopo and his team did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable! The Villa is beautiful and the views are magnificent! Jacopo, Fabio and Patricia cooked our first and last night dinners - the meals were delicious and the wine was plentiful! Amazing!!!

A group of friends and I stayed recently, and wow talk about first class. We had a delicious home cooked dinner when we first arrived, breakfast every morning, and a final night dinner. Jacopo and Fabio were always available to answer any questions and arrange transportation for us, and an awesome wine tour. The villa was of course gorgeous as you can see, a view from every window. The grocery store was a short walk away along with a very nice cafe next door. Very cozy :)

Tuscan paradise

Some may call it extravagant to rent an 8 bedroom house for two people, but I call it brilliant. This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. Gotta della Pieve is tiny and charming and even has a Michelin guide restaurant that is worth a res.

My entire family of twelve including auld children, spouses or significant other and four grandchildren enjoyed the spacious well appointed and historic villa. Jacopo and Favio attended us in a helpful, responsive, but hidden. Way (Jacapo is actually pretty shy. The girls would readily concur, especially about the pretty part) the pool was a lifesaver after each day's adventures. We all highly recommend the place!!

Fabulous Villa

We were one of six couples who spent a fabulous week at Podere Baiocco. It far exceeded our expectations - spacious, grounds, pool and villa were immaculate and very well equipped. The owner (Jacopo) was very accommodating (arranged for taxis, restaurant reservations) and gave great attention to detail as evidenced in his thorough guide book at the villa. Being accustomed to North American travel, it was a real bonus that each bedroom had an ensuite. The villa is ideally situated, close to the town of Citta della Pieve, yet peaceful, tranquil and no road noise. Day trips we enjoyed were Montepeluciano, Assisi, Perugia, wineries and shopping. We would highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion

My wife and I, along with our kids/spouses and nine grandkids, stayed at the Baiocco Villa in mid-July, where we celebrated our anniversary and a family reunion. The Villa was perfect for us, and we had a terrific time. The property manager, Alice, was wonderful, scheduling various daily excursions for us, including a visit and tour in Assisi, Sienna and Florence. She also arranged a “Cheese Experience “ for us at a sheep farm in Tuscany, where the grandkids got to hold days-old lambs, we observed cheese being made, and we all enjoyed a great lunch, where we sampled numerous cheeses pared with wine. My wife and I had stayed at the Villa previously, so we knew the layout, which worked perfectly for our large family. I wholeheartedly recommend the Baiocco Villa!
