Villa Lugnano is an old stone farmhouse completely renovated and divided into 4 apartments and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Each apartment, characterized by the cozy countryside atmosphere created by the combination of ancient wooden beams and fine terracotta surfaces, is featured with 2 bedrooms, one double and one twinable, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with shower.

Two apartments and the master bedroom suite are accessible from the ground floor while the other two are located on the upper floor of the farmhouse.
The largest of the apartments on the ground floor also has a very spacious living room where it will be possible to eat all together and has space for over 18 people.

Outside a huge park with a private swimming pool (14x7 meters, depth from 1.10 to 1.40 meters) for your exclusive use and equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas will be at your complete disposal.

You can also take a relaxing break and enjoy the large shaded terraces equipped with tables, chairs and benches to eat outside and spend your time admiring the view or simply breathing the fresh and clean air of the woods from surrounding the valley.

As sports equipment, you can take full advantage of a volleyball court and a ping pong table.
A short distance from the villa there is also a shooting range that we manage where you can also enjoy archery classes.

Guest access
Getting to Villa Lugnano is very easy and does not require having to cross annoying white or country roads. Once you arrive in the small hilltop village of Lugnano, getting to the villa is very simple: a 400m paved road will take you to the entrance gate of the villa and its private parking.

From Villa Lugnano it is easy to visit the entire upper Tiber valley: from the vibrant town of Città di Castello to the villages overlooking Lake Trasimeno; moreover Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio can also be visited in less than a 30 minutes drive.
From Villa Lugnano it is also very easy to visit Tuscany: Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Arezzo and the beautiful medieval village of Castiglione Fiorentino can all be reached in no more than 40 minutes by car.
Other things to note
For those guests who want a holiday without the stress of having to arrange meals everyday, it is possible to organize on request a full catering service for lunch and / or dinner with the nearby restaurant of typical cuisine L'Archibugio.
