The room is not sound proof so you can hear the cars out in the road making it hard for you to fall asleep. Other than that, the place is excellent. We even went barefoot inside the room. The floor was so clean. They had the best shower ever!

Irina and Maria were perfect hostesses. We had pre-purchased a transfer from the airport and they were the ones who picked us up from the airport in Rome, and they also arranged a taxi for us to the port the next morning. At all times they were cheerful, helpful, attentive, courteous and positively wonderful. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable for a one night stay before a cruise. Breakfast was very good, although very carb-heavy. A little more than a continental breakfast, but not really a full breakfast selection. The location is convenient to the cruise terminal and there appears to be plenty to do in the area. We wish we had been able to spend more time exploring the town. A very pleasant experience.

Aucune isolation entre les chambres on entends le monde parlé clairement et quand ils prennent leur douche on a l'impression que ça provient de notre chambre.l'hotel est située aur une rue très achalandé pour les véhicules. A disappointing stay. No one at front desk to check in, intercom not working. Had to leave and come back later. Room adjacent to noisy street with basic interior. AC not functioning well, refrigerator only works with key in room--- shuts off when you leave room. Breakfast suboptimal. Staff was nice enough, but overall experience was lacking.

We came to stay prior to our embarkation on a Cruise. They worked out transfer to the port for us as well had a great breakfast option for our journey. Across the street is a great laundry mat which was very convenient. We arrived on Easter Sunday and they helped with all our question. Our stay included two families, each had 2 kids (4 kids and 4 adults). Very accommodating.

Wonderful Staff

María was wonderful, she went out of her was to serve. She was the receptionist/maid. The owner was so helpful as well she even drove us to two of our destinations. The only concern was out of their control, street in front was being dug up and the noise and dust made it uncomfortable.
