Ok, but will not revisit

Small room with little natural light, ventilation poor and bathroom stayed damp all night after shower. Staff lovely but this is NOT a hotel as you know it, being only c 12 rooms on one floor, noise from corridor and (when we stayed) another guest was let into our room when we were in bed! Location for port good, though.

Stayed here before going on a cruise. From that perspective, this hotel is simply spectacular. Its a small hotel, with modern, clean rooms and a staff that went out of its way to ensure guests are taken care of. There"s plenty of dining options within easy ealking distance. The shuttles from the airport and to the ship were point to point. Overall, an absolutely wonderful stay.

The host Luca , John and shuttle driver Raffaella were really friendly and informative. Luca was in touch with me up until our arrival. He greeted us at the front door. We felt very welcomed and appreciated. They made our first impressions of our vacation in Italy very lovely. I wouldn’t definitively stay here again next time!

Absolutely worth it!

After a very trying day with our MSC ship not being able to dock in Civitavecchia. And then having a bus ride from Naples back 3 hour this place was amazing Luca was an absolute pleasure and gentleman. He had organised for someone to meet us and then organised a transfer to the airport on his luxury van. The place was spotless and very modern . Beds were comfortable and Luca also offers a complementary breakfast. Wow amazing can’t praise this hotel enough.

HSC met every expectation. The shuttle we arranged with them was on time, in good repair and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed/bedding was/were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. It was literally less than a block from the entrance to the cruise port (we walked with our luggage to board our ship). There were restaurants nearby, and shopping areas as well. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to the owner and manager - they made the beginning of our trip comfortable and easy. 5 stars.

The property is maintained as brand new. The room was spotless, the shower and bathroom area very spacious and very clean. The fellows attending to the hotel are friendly and caring. The hotel is also only a three-minute walk to the cruise shuttle bus area. Would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night before we got on the cruise ship. It was so convenient and just around the corner from the cruise ship bus pick up . Luca and his team were very responsive to all our questions. I highly recommend staying here!!
