This detached three-storey property was originally built in 1868 and has been renovated in 2025, offering a perfect blend of historical charm and modern amenities. The villa is surrounded by trees and meadows, nestled in a quiet, sunny position on a slope along the wooded area, 21 km from the lake, with a south-facing orientation. Upon entering through the entrance hall on the ground floor, you will find 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV, along with 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds and a shower/bidet/WC. The upper floor, accessed by an open staircase, features 1 room with 1 double bed and TV with exit to the balcony, plus a bath/shower/bidet/WC. The 2nd upper floor, also reached by an open staircase, offers a large living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV with exit to the balcony. The large kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and dining nook. The villa features both parquet floors and natural stone floors throughout. This spacious and bright property accommodates a maximum capacity of 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
