The space
Gleeson Apartment 34B is a fully furnished, modern apartment.

It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining space with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, gas cook top and electric oven. All cooking utensils and basic condiments are supplied.

The open plan living area is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views across the open spaces and the nearby wetlands.

Both bedrooms have queen beds, built-in robes and ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite. Bedroom 2 has access to the main (2-way) bathroom which boasts a full size bath and shower.

A large front deck has an outdoor couch and is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine while watching the sun set over the hills.

The Clare Golf course, Gleeson Wetlands, Clare Train Park and Bike Path connecting to the Reisling Trail are all on your doorstep.

It is a 5 minute walk to the Clare Main Street, The Bowling green and some local wineries and restaurants.
