our stay here was nice, but we stayed 3 days and wasnt brought clean towels or xtra coffee. no room service at all. first day we didnt want any but second and third night we left no sign on our door.but overall place was nice. just need a little more in service for the price

The facility was gorgeous and has a fantastic view. However our bathroom had a design flaw in the shower. The shower curtain drains outside the shower onto the floor causing the bathroom floor to get completely covered in water. I reported it. Its a gorgeous shower - hopefully just moving the rod further back into the shower will solve the problem.

We love this place and it’s our go-to whenever we come to Cottonwood/Jerome! Wonderful service and lovely accommodations. The property is super new and clean! The breakfast was awesome and my three young children enjoyed it as well. We love this place!

Great property! Seemed new and very well maintained. The front desk associate, Debbie, was one of the highlights of the trip. She was very accommodating and kind. Definitely a one of a kind. The hotel was beautiful. Their staff is phonemenal......Debbie was very welcoming and informative and her other two coworkers Carrie and Michael were just as welcoming. The only thing I would add to the breakfast menu is a continental breakfast the pastries were amazing but after the third day I was ready to eat something else. Other then that the stay was great.

The view was spectacular, the distance from everything was perfect. Only 20 minutes from Sedona and a beautiful nearby town with nice eateries and grocery stores. The only thing missing here is a store within the hotel to enjoy the backyard area without leaving the property.
