Black Bear Bungalow is a lovely chalet in the woods, a special getaway space for you and yours!

This charming cabin is conveniently located 10 to 30 minutes from all the exciting activities the Northeast Georgia Mountains has to offer. Enjoy the many hiking trails and waterfalls in the Chattahoochee Oconee National Forest or Unicoi State Park. During the summer months, tubing down the Chattahoochee River is a favorite way to cool off. Hop on over to one of our local vineyards or wineries for a tour and tasting. There are private wine tour buses for hire, too! Don't miss the shopping and activities in Helen, Clarkesville, Cleveland and Dahlonega.

Tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains alongside the Chattahoochee River is the Bavarian village of Alpine Helen. This little town boasts of the longest Oktoberfest found anywhere! The numerous restaurants in Helen offer a variety of cuisines from around the world. Some of our favorites are the Nacoochee Village Tavern and Pizzeria, Cowboys and Angels, Spice 55, Bangkok Haus and Bigg Daddy's. There are a great many German restaurants, too! Try the Heidelberg for Schnitzel, the Haufbrau Haus for Goulash or Bodensee for Sauerbraten.

Black Bear Bungalow is a cozy getaway cabin perfect for three couples with a bedroom and bath located on each of the three floors. This cabin provides the perfect backdrop for your memory making stay with Georgia Mountain Rentals. Whether you are hanging out on one of the porches, gathering round the outdoor fire pit, or cozying up in front of the indoor fireplace, this cabin offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation. Enjoy the sounds and sites of nature that surrounds the place.

On the ground floor is a guest suite with sitting area, a queen bed, television, a bath with a walk-in shower and a laundry room. Just outside the guest suite door sits a brand new round hot tub that is big enough for 5 guests. It's time for rest and relaxation!

The main floor features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a leather couch and chairs, the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top and oven. There is also a microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. The cabinets are filled with all the dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare meals at the cabin. There's cooking utensils and flatware, too. Located just off the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed, dressing area and bath. This bath also features a walk-in shower.

The cabin doesn't skimp on freebies, either! There is free WiFi, free parking at your front door, free YouTube TV to watch all your favorite shows, movies and sports.

This cabin is not pet friendly. There is a security camera on the front porch of the property.
