This home is located just 5 minutes away from Fort Campbell - Gate 3, Walmart Market located on Tiny Town Rd. & Walgreens located on Fort Campbell Blvd. If you are looking for a fun place for the family the Oak Grove Racing & Gaming its just 6 minutes away from this house. If your a nature lover Clarksville is surrender by beautiful parks. Parks list: Billy Dunlop Park, Dunbar Cave State Park, Liberty Park, McGregor Park & more!

This Gorgeous cozy home parking space allow you to park up to 4 cars in the drive way. You may park on the street on your own risk.

We truly believe that owning a pet accidents always happens! That is why we kindly ask to please let us know ASAP if there is any pet accident that requires extra cleaning on bed clothing, furnitures or carpet!..

2 pets is the maximum limit for the pet fee after 2 pets please add them as extra guests (extra fee) the more pets there is the extra work for cleaners there is. (Dogs shedding)

This property provides showers towels for our guest although its require for owners to bring their Pet towels.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Cedrick's house. It was super close to Fort Campbell (2-5 minute drive) depending on which gate you are entering. Which allowed us to be 5 minutes away from our Daughter who was about to give birth. Super close to the highway if needing to venture out, and also close to all the amenities of everyday life like the Walmart and several grocery stores and restraunts. Cedrick couldn't have been a more communitive friendly host. There were many essentials in the home for your comforts and a lovely patio on the back to grill some dinner or just sit and chat. We had an unfortunate event of the A/C breaking but Cedrick had portable A/C's to try and make us comfortable and it was totally out of his hands on the repair. He also gave us a refund on a portion of our stay for the inconvenience with it being summertime. We know 100% where we will book the next time we are in Clarksville visiting our kids/grandkids. We will also never forget that this house was the house we stayed in when our 9th grandbaby was born! :) I would recommend this house and Cedrick any day! Don't hesitate to book this Gorgeous Cozy Residential Home!

Excellent location for visiting your soldier

Very quiet neighborhood, great location and access to everything. Most of all one of the best host I’ve ever dealt with. House was very nice and also enjoyed outside time in the yard. Definitely would stay at this house again.

Everything We'd Hoped For

Great house in a nice neighborhood. Clean, orderly, welcoming. No different than checking into a luxury condo at a nice resort. We needed a quiet place to sleep with very low effort this house was that and more! Definitely hope to stay again if/when we visit family in Clarksville in the future.

Perfect for Visiting Fort Campbell

This place worked perfect for the four of us. The back porch was great for hanging out. Neighborhood was quite a short distance to Gate 4 in the base. Grocery store is very close. Cedric was very quick to communicate with back and forth.

Leadership Conference Stay

My Friends and I came in town for 2 days for a leadership conference. The house was conveniently located near the main strip where restaurants and stores were nearby. About a 20 minute drive to APSU. The house was very very clean, and cozy. In a very nice neighborhood. The house made you feel like you were home but away from home. My only suggestions is tv's in the other two guest bedrooms not just the primary bedroom. I would and will definitely stay there again when I'm in town for my next conference. Thanks to the gracious host.
