By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was disgusting. The reviews are inaccurate. The beds were so uncomfortable. When you sat down you dipped down. The floor was dirty. The towels were dirty. The tv didn’t work. The front person was rude.

We checked in and first thing was there were no batteries in the remote. It took 2 1/2 hours to get them. There was no hair dryer or alarm clock. The next day there was no room service done at all. Very disappointing. I probably will not stay here again.

If I could give 0/5, I would.

I had low expectations because of the price but I was still extremely disappointed. The place was *filthy*, we only had one towel, we had *no* shampoo. The bottles in the shower had two body wash and one conditioner and both the body wash were empty so the only soap we had was the bar of hand soap. Windows were covered in hand prints, none of the trash cans had bags and one had trash in it. Then there is the stuff I expected -- it's an ancient building, lots of wear and tear: the whole building smells weird, cracks in the porcelain sink, carpets are threadbare. I will definitely never be back.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. By the time I got to Cleveland I was in terrible pain. The lady working that day when I checked in was amazing and even offered to get me a wheelchair. I came to Cleveland for the clinic and had great service there at the hotel. Thank you so much to the gal whom checked us in!

Room wasnt vacuumed, pool are was littered with trash that never was picked up from the day before even when we checked out. The pool got closed in the middle of the day. There was a domestic and the cops got called. There was a man in one of the upper rooms taking pictures of my family in the pool area, who moved behind the curtain when i asked him what he was doing. I felt unsafe and dirty at this hotel the entire time, and expected more because it used to be a DoubleTree, i suppose. Will NOT go here again.

It was a great price and a nice spacious room. We were disappointed that some of the amenities listed on the website or not available any longer because the hotel is under a new corporate owner. There's no longer any complimentary bottled water and instead the only place to get it is at the front desk at $4 a bottle. Things were missing from the room such as the paper coffee cups, we were out of tissues, just the little things that make it more hospitable. Don't particularly enjoy having to get down to the front desk for everything. There are no vending machines on the floors. Also the in-room telephone did not work so we could not call down to the front desk. We tried doing that via cell phone and nobody picked up. Overall the price was right, the bed was comfy, and everything else was as expected.

Recent ownership change. Good value for the price.

Place recently underwent change in ownership. Some investment is now needed to get it in better shape. Facility is dated and in need of general refreshing, better lighting and room furnishings. That said, price was great and service was friendly. Would stay there again at the price we paid.
