The staff was very pleasant and genuine. I used to work at a hotel front desk and I know how difficult it can be at times if reservations come in through a 3rd party. The lady who checked me in was new and so pleasant and so friendly to my dog. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were pleasant and always said hello or good morning. The checkout lady was very cheerful and genuine. I will stay here again!

I stay here every year and never have an issue. But this year on Saturday the 20th at around 10pm we had made the mistake of asking for some body wash (none in our bathroom) and a couple blankets and towels. The lady was so mad about it that she tossed the washh on the counter then went back to grab the linens, but when she came out with them she SHOVED them in my face so hard it pushed me into the coffee pots and down to my knees. And almost a week later and nothing from corporate like the manager said should of happened.

Staff were great on check in. Lobby was clean as was our room. The only thing we didnt like was the neighbourhood. There's a derelict, closed old Days Inn hotel next door and a closed mall, made us concerned about the safety of our vehicle. Staff reassured us there were no issues.

Debbie at the front desk was so nice & welcoming! Service staff I encountered were also friendly. It was nice to stay at a place that was dog friendly with poop bags & containers on property. Will definitely stay there next summer when I am in town
