Staff was rude Carpets need to be replaced Gym has 0 weights on the weight rack Machines in gym not working and employee placed sign on pool that it was out of service bc she didn’t want kids going in it which ruined my kids stay. We overheard her talking about it. We swam day one of our stay and the jacuzzi was it of order that day and the entire pool was shut down after. The laundry room was also out of order.

Stayed years ago at this Hilton and had zero issues. The rooms are filthy, old, stains on carpet, walls, etc. peeling wallpaper. Ice machine was broke and ceiling above had a mold exposed huge section. Hot tub had cones around it and was gross. Lobby area was fine. Our view was all the buildings mechanical and the highway was right there. The only bright spot was the desk help and a very nice helper in the dining at breakfast. Do NOT stay there.

Go somewhere else- poor quality and overpriced

Parking lot was full of garbage. There was clearly a party there by the number of guests. The staff appeared annoyed. Paid extra for breakfast which was dry cereal and other low-level continental ($12). Should have gone out. Overpriced, poor quality, poor service.

Disheartened 😔

We had no water when we got there. No hot tub, which was one of the reasons i chose this location. I wanted to relax in the hot tub. The laundry room was out of order. Our floor had a broken ice machine. And each time i used my key it reprogrammed and i couldnt use it the next time. Seriously, ive never had such an experience. It was not good. I will never stay at this property again.

My ked didn't work every time I left the room. Had to get it replaced 5-6 times. AC wouldn't go below 80 degrees. At 11pm after tossing and turning, I finally went to the front desk and asked for a new room. They told me none were available, although the parking lot was only about 1/4 full. Not a great experience overall

Did have a good experience.

One of our beds had dirty sheets on it. Our keys to the room would not work correctly had to keep going to the front desk to have it reprogrammed and there needles in the hallway on floor that we had male housekeeper pick up so no one would step on it.
