My family and I stayed at this location for 5 days. Temperature and beds were comfortable in the room, but sporadic/ no electricity in the outlets, floors were dirty, and had to use an ice bucket of water to flush the toilet. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:00 to 9:00, but they didn't start heating things up and bringing it out till 5:45. If you wanted anything hot you had to heat it up in the microwave first. The juice machine and main front sliding door coming into the customer service area was broken all week. If you want a replacement towel/ washcloth, you had to bring a replacement to them first in person in order to get something new since they only had room cleaning every two to three days. Management/owner is very confrontational if bad reviews are seen by him prior to leaving the hotel.

Bathroom remodel in very poor condition, drywall peeling. Metal bed frames pop every time you move. Desk attendant had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast buffet demands. We stayed two nights and both nights. There was a lot of noise above us with kids running back-and-forth until 3 AM.

Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. But aside from being close to the airport, there's very little good to say about it. It was cheaper than some options, but still expensive for what you get. The room was rather dirty, the bed creaked, and all the stairs were quite loud so you could hear people coming and going all night long.

Would Return

Rooms are super nice and have smart TVs in them as well as a mirror with a built in light. Black out curtains worked perfectly. I've been to many hotels/motels and this is the first I've been to that had the tv mounted on the wall and allowed it to be pulled out for east access to the HDMI ports as well as let me adjust the tilt of the tv. Breakfast didn't have a waffle maker but had everything else you'd expect. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in the area for a concert.

Staying here was a good nights rest for the hours i worked. It was quiet, but the bed was making noise everytime i moved. It still was a good stay and though not perfect, absolutely acceptable. I still would saty again. The guy at the front desk was new and took some time getting my things together for the stay but as i said before, i still give it a thumbs up. Thanks!

Doesn’t live up to the Ramada name

This is an OLD hotel. Upon arrival, there was a "be back in 20" sign, so I couldn’tcheck in right away. There are visible signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable, but the metal frame it sat on made noise. Outdated TV-no apps for streaming. It was quiet and very conveniently located to the airport. Not worth the price.

Not A Good Place

Before even checked in looked suspect so we conversed with our friends in the parking lot...was then pulled over by local police that suspected that I was a drug dealer making arrangements in the parking lot while actually looking for another place to stay....he then indicated that it is a known location for such activities and LASTLY they charged my card and I am in DISPUTE for the charge

Honestly the hotel is a dump. Renovated dump. Room was clean. Breakfast included eggs sausage cereal bagels. Basic, but edible. Parking lot has a lot of trash- clean - up. Saving grace was that the neighborhood is good. Didn’t worry about theft. Hotel was empty so it was quiet. I didn’t have to worry about a rowdy clientele. Overall acceptable.

what a feces place

The first morning while taking a shower the water did not drain out of the bath tub. I left for a couple of hours, returned to find the water still had not drained and the water was darker. Told the front desk and left for the day. Returned at 11 pm, the tub was still full of water, it was now dark brown. Went to the front desk, to inorm them and was told I had to leave the property. I paid for 3 nights, no refund was offered. I just found out I have been charged an additional $250 for feces in the bath tub. I didn't poop in the tub!

The doors were not safe, the property was not safe. We were set in a room in the back of the property and the stairways to go upstairs looked like it will collapse ant day. The door had no sealant, there was a gap on the side and bottom of the door for bugs to come in (more then an inch opening). The sheets, dirty!!! We asked for new sheets and they had blood and stains on them. The front desk did bring us new sheets and they had stains on them! Like huge stains. We tried to go to the front desk but noone came..we went twice, noone was there so we left. Do not stay here. This place is a shame to the Ramada name, we got fooled by it.

The room and bath were old, phone didnt work, coffe machine without pot, wobbly table...just everything old. Checkout was 11, they were knocking at 1102...just ridiculous...this place should have no stars...its relatively cheap but anything is too expensive to pay for this dump.

The room was dirty. Floor hasn't been mopped in weeks at least. Dirty stained towels. Dirty sink and tub. The tub didn't drain properly. There was a hole in the door upon checking in. Stains on the comforter and sheets. No cups for coffee.
