Spend your days exploring local vineyards and your evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars. With a game room, fire pit, and two covered decks, there’s plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together.

In the heart of wine country, you’re just minutes from Kaya Vineyard, Yonah Mountain Winery, Frogtown, & Three Sisters. The space features an open main level with a full kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with mountain views.

Two covered decks:
Upper deck for coffee and fresh air, lower deck with hot tub and seating.

Game room downstairs with pool, air hockey, and darts.

Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. Trailers, RVs, Campers, and ATVs are not allowed. Roads are typical mountain roads with some curves. Loft is open (not fully enclosed).

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave front porch and front exterior lights on.
If any furniture was moved, please move it back to the original location.
Ensure the hot tub cover is strapped down on both sides, if it was used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hot tub straps must be unlatched before removing the cover and re-latched after use. Children must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub.
Food is not allowed in the hot tub. If the hot tub requires draining as a result of misuse, a fee will be charged.
