This 42 m² house, ideal for 2 guests, features a bright main room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet, plus a 5 m² utility room for bike storage or extra space.



For your comfort, the house provides fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware for 4, a washing machine, electric heating, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and ample storage.



Outside, enjoy a private courtyard and garden with outdoor furniture, loungers, and barbecue. Parking is available in front of the house or on the shaded lawn, with access via a private drive.



Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning is your responsibility or available for an extra charge. Green spaces are shared with the owners and a friendly young French spaniel who roams freely on the property.
