The Villa Bellangenet is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends in an exceptional environment at 30 m from the beach, with access by the dunes.
The Villa is facing south to enjoy the morning sun until sunset. The house is furnished with contemporary and functional equipment to make it more pleasant to live.
The largest beach of Pouldu is 30 m from the house.
5 bedroom house totally renovated. Ideally located 30 m from the beach, very quiet, contemporary decor, all comfort, indoor heated swimming pool or not (heated pool from March to mid-October), sandy beach with access through the gate of the garden, wild coast, tennis court and nautical club nearby (200 m), American kitchen. 5 bedrooms. enclosed garden, 2 places for vehicles. Totally secure pool. House very pleasant to live. House classified 4 stars ****
The ground floor includes a large living room, dining room 10 seats on a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), you will also find a pantry with storage, washing machine and dryer, a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink.
