Charming & intimate enclosed garden, planted with trees & flowers, located out of sight & adjacent to that of the owner who will gladly open it to you to visit her henhouse (egg collection possible). Located on the edge of a quiet street bordering the center of the picturesque world-renowned abbey city, the spiritual heart of medieval Europe with the very rare and prestigious "European Heritage" label for its inestimable historical heritage. Cluny, a powerful monastic order of the medieval West, offers exceptional proof of its former glory (majestic 10th/18th century abbey sites, medieval fortifications & towers, Romanesque & Gothic residences, Roman baths, etc.) and benefits from a magnificent preserved setting, nestled in a charming valley on the wooded foothills of the South Burgundy massif, a gentle countryside rich in splendid panoramas to discover during walks in the heart of nature (alternating vineyard hillsides, groves, wooded hills & rivers).
