The Space:
Must be 25 years of age to book. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No Smoking of any kind, including vaping or e-cigarettes, are not allowed on the property. NO drugs. NO Parties allowed. No Pets are allowed! (No service or emotional support animals. Homeowner is allergic to pets. Please understand and respect that). All guests, regardless of the time on the property, must be registered for security purposes. Only preapproved guests are allowed on the property. Breaking the rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund. The house is not child-proof. The pool and other dangers are easily accessible to an unsupervised child. No pool fence or door alarm. You are responsible for the safety of all adults and children in your party. No running around pool, NO diving, NO glassware, use plasticware provided. Please swim at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any broken or damaged furniture.

Guest Access:
The entire home is for you to enjoy. Including the multiple fireplaces outside, the outdoor kitchen, including pizza oven, the pool slide and all the fun games we have available for you. The pool and spa can be heated on demand at no additional cost. Simply let us know before arrival or during your stay so we can turn it on for you.

This home was designed by our professional interior designer whose reputation has taken off like wildfire. Her intention was to create the most beautiful home in the Coachella Valley, and while doing so also create the most complete guest experience available today.
The interior of the property, boast an incredible custom kitchen, which includes everything a professional chef may need to entertain their friends and family in the most gorgeous environment!
The living room includes an 81 inch TV set with multiple speakers, allowing you a truly cinematic surround sound experience as well as a small office space just in case you feel like you need to get a little work done ✔️.
All of the bathrooms have been created with the use of natural stone, wallpapering, and super high-end finishes in order to create a peaceful environment which allows for a restful reset and a Zen like experience with a feeling of well-being to leave you rejuvenated. It is a vacation after all isn’t it!
The bedrooms have been curated with high-end furniture and memory foam mattresses. The beds are made of natural wood as well as gorgeous accessory pieces to make each and every room beautiful and unique.
Lighting throughout the property was also a focal point making the home feel warm, cozy, and simultaneously well lit and all the beautiful decorative detailed accentuated.
The backyard is so complete that it even comes with an outdoor kitchen, including a pizza oven, barbecue and sink. In order to make your experience complete there is an outdoor 81 inch TV set that is surrounded by luxurious furniture and a fire pit so your friends and family can truly enjoy an indoor outdoor living experience.
With multiple water features, a swim up bar, a waterslide, outdoor shower, and outdoor games. We are sure that your stay will be so memorable that you will keep coming back to this home time and time again.
