Worth knowing before you book



✔ Cooling — the home does not have air conditioning. Cochabamba has a generally mild climate, portable fans are available on request, and radiant heaters are provided for cooler periods.

✔ Altitude — Cochabamba sits at approximately 2,500m. Travelers arriving from lower elevations may notice mild altitude effects, so consider planning a lighter first day. Guests with relevant health concerns should consult their healthcare professional before traveling.

✔ Electricity — the home uses 220V electricity, except for one clearly identified 110V kitchen outlet. Check the voltage rating on your devices before plugging them in. Plug adapters are available on request; adapters do not convert voltage.

✔ Neighborhood sound — the penthouse is in a lively central neighborhood. Nearby rehearsals and plaza activity may occasionally be heard, especially during Carnival season. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs.

✔ Wi-Fi — suitable for normal browsing and everyday work. Guests requiring uninterrupted connectivity for critical meetings should bring a mobile-data backup. ✔ Before check-in — ID verification, a signed guest agreement, and a refundable deposit or damage waiver are required before access instructions are released.

Guest Access:

The entire two-story penthouse is private to your group, with no shared interior spaces and no host on-site. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Late-night arrivals are welcome, with building entry assisted by the 24/7 guard and apartment access through the smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

La Recoleta is a highly walkable central neighborhood, with groceries, pharmacies, cafés, and popular restaurants within a five-to-ten-minute walk. Plaza Quintanilla is just steps from the building. It makes a convenient base for exploring the city, and for guests visiting nearby clinics, the location keeps daily travel short.
