Fantastic location, it could be very nice if they updated the rooms and cleaned them better, also the grounds are pretty but they obviously don't rake, mow or do any other landscaping upkeep.

A/C worked great, Would get the room cold if desired. Bed was comfy. Well lit bath/sink area. Had to fix the toilet handle so it would flush. Wish the sleep button on the TV remote worked.

This place is awful. The owner/manager let himself into our hotel room while my daughter was in there sleeping. I double lock all doors and sleep between her and the door, so she was safe, but a less protective parent could have woke up to a strange old man in the room. I went to the desk later to complain and the same man yelled and cursed at me and called me and idiot and a liar. He was terribly rude to me after being called out for wrongly entering our room.

It was close enough to walk to the busy end of the street, but far away enough that there was virtually no noise. The room had an amazing bathroom and kitchenette.

If in the area again, would choose other lodging. Our stay could have been worse, but could have been much better. The facility is not being maintained in the fine details, which makes me wonder how well they pay attention to other things like housekeeping. Paint on the shower curtain, dust along the baseboards, microwave keypad dirty, no shelves in the fridge, cap missing from toilet seat, curtains wete dingy. Desk personnel were friendly, housekeeping staff was not. Lawn was not kept up, tall grass, landscaping overgrown with grass and weeds.

location was great for walking to restaurants. Breakfast was lacking in variety. Did notice, for the first time ever of all of the places I have ever stayed, there were exit signs on the bottoms of walls and doors (in case of fire). This made me feel very safe and impressed me.
