Equipped with two canoes, two inflatable paddleboards, and all necessary gear, it’s perfect for lake adventures. Unwind on the spacious back deck with a BBQ, or gather inside around the gas fireplace and entertainment center. Downstairs, enjoy a game room with a pool/Ping-Pong table — ideal for evening fun.
Located in a quiet, wooded setting, this home is steps from a steep public access path to the lake (marked with a “Public Access” sign). A canoe caddy is provided to help move gear easily. For larger boats, Rockford Bay Marina is just a mile away. Downtown Coeur d'Alene, with its charming shops and restaurants, is a scenic 20-mile drive. In winter, enjoy ice skating or explore nearby seasonal attractions. Silverwood Theme Park is 34 miles north.
