Ideally situated between dutch side capital of Philipsburg with its gorgeous bay, white sand beach, duty free shops, cruise ships and Simpson Bay renowned for the night life, casino, restaurants, nightclubs.
Supermarkets are 5 minutes away.

Condo St Maarten is a newly modern beachfront residence. Each appartment has AC, and fully equipped: high performance wifi, panoramic bedrooms, spacious kitchen, a terrace overlooking the bay and right by the Indigo Bay beach. Few steps away from the beach. You will get a free and private parking, a large swimming pool with lounge chairs. A concierge is on site to welcome you and help you throughout your stay.

The panoramic condo is a 970 square feet apartment where you can have up to 4 people.
From your bed you will have a breathtaking view on the bay just like on a boat. You will be

Incredible view!

Gorgeous views right on the water! We wouldn't have had to leave the condo to have a great time! It was nice to have beaches in close proximity! Mathilde and Kevin, the concierges, lived on site and were very helpful and wanted us to have a great stay!
