This hotel is tired. As soon as we entered the lobby I could tell the pictures online were not recent. Everything is quite worn. As we entered our first room on night one, immeddietly grossed out. Awful smell of must carpet and furnishings covered in stains. Holes in the walls, smoke detector was literally brown. The bathroom looked like it had a case of caulk smeared everywhere in an attempt to seal it. Mattress increadily uncomfortable. Desk chair and sitting chair were both covered in paint and nail polish. We are clean people and it was difficult to not feel disgusting in this room. The next morning i went to the front, staff was understanding i will give them that. They did get us another room on the fourth floor which was slightly better. It looked as if it had been used much less. Smelled okay everything wasnt as beaten and stained and the beds were slightly more comfortable. BUT not only did the fridge and TV not work i was unable to unplud the fridge and it just made obnoxiously loud noises the rest of our stay. I had to get a replacement key card three times because i was unable to get into our room. Honestly nothing about this stay was enjoyable. I would not reccomend anybody stay there.

For the most part the room was clean. The first room I went to use the bathroom and closed the door. I was horrified when I went to leave the bathroom and couldn’t open the door. Thankfully I had my cell phone and called the front desk. The front desk person came quickly and after about ten minutes he was able to get the door open. I was moved to another room where there was a badly patched hole in the wall. And one of my washcloths had hair in it. It was too late so I just went to bed.

Was a smooth check in process for us after the person beforehand was completed. And was there when a bus load of tourist arrived so lobby was hectic and breakfast was packed. The staff did a good job keeping the breakfast proteins (eggs and sausage) available but there unfortunately were no fruits. Room was clean yet the bathtub looked pretty old and the caulk and paint in the tub was chipped. Due to the light from the smoke detector and other electronics in the room, I personally had a hard time going to sleep but that was me. Bed was comfy. Was only one night and I've stayed here multiple times and would do so in future

“Good enough”

It was just okay for one night. Would not stay again unfortunately. It didn’t feel all that clean. the pictures online make it look a lot better than it is in person. Bathroom was noticeably a quick clean. There was hair in the toilet when we got there. The beds seemed fine so we stayed since it was just one night and I chose a non-refundable payment option. Tub drain looked gross so I didn’t give my daughter a bath like I had planned. Our toilet also was not flushing right, it was taking a LONG time to flush but it did so we chalked it up to just being old. Until the morning when my daughter went to use the toilet and it had backed up all over the floor. Called the front desk and got disconnected, but we went down and they said someone would be right there. They were not, so thankfully we were checking out anyway. Went and checked out earlier than planned. The front desk employee was nice as were all other staff I encountered. The place just needs work and maybe a good deep clean..
