Standard hotel near the highway and food options. Main reason we booked was for the hotel couldn’t even use it because it was cold due to “overuse”. Tried it twice during our stay, cold both times. Could’ve stayed at another hotel if it wasn’t even going to be usable

When we first got in the hotel allow cats on the first floor only . We had a room on the 3rd floor . When we checked in our keys didn’t work multiple times . When we got in the room it smelled so bad . The sink didn’t work for the bathroom . We had a suite with a full size bed . When we pulled it out it was a twin mattress on a full size frame which really missed up our stay for our kids I had to buy an air mattress for them to sleep on instead . Then when we went to go ask for blankets for the twin size beds they were very nasty told us no. When I spoke to a manager the next day about my stay and told him this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at . He still didn’t assist with anything . We asked for coffee in the morning since we missed breakfast by a few minutes and the women who was working was very rude told the supervisor o she didn’t want to make any for us so we went to a diner down the street. I will never book there again

There were no balcony furniture no microwaves in the rooms first floor was dirty smelled pet urine the bed was so uncomfortable to sleep in tossed and turned all night I will not be staying there again also no breakfast had to pay for it terrible

Incidentals was too expensive the man told us they have cameras which made me extremely uncomfortable. On website it’s 150 incidentals and 200 cash per night if you don’t have a credit card insane. Had to fill out paperwork and sign a contract I have never had to go to any hassle and in other establishment I stayed at the Sunesta in Columbia and had a way better experience this experience was horrible

Poor experience.

Only good things was the room was clean and staff is kind. I’m not planning coming back. Staying in room 315. Room/bathroom was very old looking, coffee maker doesn’t work properly. Staying for two nights and they provide coffee for only one cup. Shower faucets had very poor function. Poor experience overall for a daily rate over $135… Not recommended.

I was there one night after traveling internationally. I was very tired and the bed extremely comfortable. The only issue was there aren't people at the front desk consistently. Other than that it was an excellent visit.

Upon entering the room the first night, I found my sheets not changed. It was full of sex stains on several parts of the sheets. Called the night manager to inspect it with me-which he did- he took pictures maybe to find the culprit who cleaned the room during the day. I requested new sheets and only one was brough to me as a replacement. I had to sleep on this filthy bed all night. Instead of offering me another room I was told to contact the day manager. I immediately informed them and Hotels.com that my first night should be reimbursed ASAP. The following morning the day manager inspected the evidence and then he offered me a key to another room where I stayed until my reservation ran out..
