All I can say about this property is,IT’S WORE OUT, beds, furniture,carpets ,elevator works sometimes,,spent two nights there for my anniversary weekend and paid over $650:00 and if I could have gotten my money back I would have gone elsewhere or slept in my CAR..Never Again My wife and I travel quite often and usually always give fair review,but this time it was a very disappointing property and stay..Winston & Sherry

We were kicked out of the hotel simply for just talking since the walls were so small. 2am with nowhere to Go, we lived 2 hours away from this place and couldn’t drive back cause we’ve had some drinks. They were not empathetic to us at all

Good stay could’ve been great with better check in

The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable and close to skiing and other activities. The area and parking are good. The food and service in the hotel restaurant was great I can’t remember the girls names but they were all very friendly and attentive! My only issue was dealing with the front desk employees I interacted with two different older women, I arrived at 2PM asked if I could check in she quickly said check in is at 4PM then went back to doing whatever she was doing, she didn’t check to see if the room may have been ready early or anything, so I asked if the restaurant was open and had food while I wait till about 330pm to see if I could check in, the next lady did check if the room was ready and checked me in but seemed to have the same uninterested attitude as the last, reception was overall not welcoming and set a negative tone for the arrival. Upon check out tho I did have a nice gentlemen who was polite and made my departure better than my arrival. Overall I may stay again given the overall experience was good.

We’ve stayed here before. Always lovely staff at the front desk. Easy check in and out. Tara at the restaurant is lovely. Room condition- not great. Large gross white stains on carpet, yuck Found other people’s hairs in the bed, gross Housekeeping staff running all over, seemed rushed. Will try somewhere new

Was really appreciative of the staff, they checked us in early which was nice after a long drive. We ate at the in house restaurant 'Gustav' and it was perfect. Steak was cooked perfectly and the staff were wonderful. So far we are enjoying our stay! Thank you!
