1st room was heavily smoked in even though we requested a non smoking room. We were able to switch rooms. The 2nd room was dirty, stains on the carpet, burned/stained/ripped furniture, bathroom had mold in the corners of shower & dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The worst part was when we found LIVE bed bugs on the bed. We were in the room less than 30 min, but our children were completely bit up by the bed bugs. The hotel staff did not take us seriously, the management on the phone did not want to refund us our money but the desk agent convinced him that there really were bed bugs (she went with me and took pictures). They did refund our money but refused any help with figuring out how to sanitize and clean our luggage, clothing, and blankets etc. The manager told the desk agent that they would not be helping in any way with any of the cleaning or damages. When we spoke to Baymont corporate they were less then helpful. The woman we spoke with on the phone said they opened a complaint case and refused to speak with us further and got a terrible attitude with us. All around terrible experience. We ended up spending a lot of money to find a different hotel, many hours of cleaning, money spent on cleaning supplies, and my children were scared to go to a different hotel.

When we checked in everything went well with friendly staff but we quickly realized the overall situation at this facility ! The entrance mats were filthy, the side parking lots were not well lit and the side door was broken and propped open all the time so very poor security! The breakfast healthy selection was very limited! We have lost all confidence in the Wyndham hotels.

The place was dirty, the hallway had a nasty smell, the room was not clean as we would have expected it to be, there was a hair ball in the bath tube, that looked like it had been pulled out of the drain & left in it, the water was hare to regulate, & when I used the Bath room sink, the handle came off in my hand, not what people want when getting a hotel room, had it not been that we needed it that night t we would have ask for a refund, VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Apparently this is also weekly lodging for locals. I refused my initial room due to the people next door screaming and fighting--didn't even enter the room. The towels were old, scratchy, with long frazzled strings hanging from them. Local men sitting in the lobby area watching as I checked in. I didn't feel comfortable and was glad once the night had passed. Food wasn't nearly as good as other Bsymont locations. No tea bags in room.

An odd place. You get what you pay for.

This was a bizarre hotel. I thought Wyndham cared a little more. This hotel was very dirty, mismatched, and just... well... odd. Old couch in the room, instead of being replaced, they just covered PART of it with random fabric. The floor was dirty, the drains smelled awful, even the welcome mat in the lobby appears to not have been changed in a year. There was a hole in the bathroom door (I can only assume) and it had been covered instead of replacing the door. Their "sundries shop" literally had 3 bags of chips. That's it. Just odd...

The facility is a little rough around the edges. The sink top was falling apart. The faucet had been replaced and the hole from the last one was partially exposed. I loved the walk in shower. There were several small things in the breakfast area, including an annoying smoke detector chirping.
