In a residence on the edge of a creek, beach at the foot of the residence, F2 mezzanine apartment approximately 35 m², equipped for 5 people located on the 2nd floor, consisting of an entrance, a kitchenette with two electric hotplates, a mini oven , microwave and washing machine, a bedroom/cabin (2 pull-out beds), a living room opening onto a terrace with sea view, a mezzanine (1 double bed + 1 single bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. A parking space in a covered and closed car park.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
- A pet is welcome: an extra charge of €18 per week will apply for their stay.

Appartement conforme au descriptif et très bien équipé.

À renouveler sans hésiter. La résidence est calme, la plage à 2 pas et les commerces tout près. La vue depuis le balcon est sublime.
