In the heart of downtown Colmar, the 225m2 HAUSSMANN Duplex apartment is ideal for a family stay, with friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 15 people.

A living/dining room with a video projector with a projection screen 275 cm diagonal (100"),

A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

A laundry room with washer and dryer,

A bedroom with two single beds, with a shower

A bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed,

A bathroom with double sink and bathtub,

The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

The Montagne Verte public parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m50, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the option to reserve private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. Reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

You can also reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (100m away).

In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.



Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation is made, you can book a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing household linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Lovely Apartment in Great Location

Very responsive management team. Place was well decorated, as described and excellent location!! Quiet and secure, but close to all amenities, in the heart of old towns restaurants and pubs. First floor bedrooms allowed for good access for family members with mobility issues. Areas for improvement: The apartment is “surface clean” but place needs a deep-clean - eg. wash walls and floors/corners etc. provide more towels, tissues, paper towel/TP. Large kitchen is fairly well appointed - lots of dishes, large fridge, lots of counter space. Excellent place for a large group/family as it’s spacious with many bathrooms and bedrooms. Good soundproofing. A good choice.
