Sleeping up to five guests, it’s a comfortable, practical base for families, remote workers, and short-term business stays, with a bright lounge complete with an electric fireplace, a modern kitchen-diner, and fast Wi-Fi plus an Ethernet connection.
Guests choose Varley view for the simple, home-from-home setup that makes day-to-day living easy, whether you’re planning a countryside walking break, a few relaxed town days, or a work stay with a dedicated workspace. You’ll also find family-friendly extras including games, books, toys, a crib, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.

Public transport: Colne train station and local bus routes are easily accessible for journeys into cities like Manchester.
Airports: around 1 hour to Manchester Airport by car.
A car isn’t essential, but it can be useful for countryside visits, and the parking makes driving very accessible.

Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
