Een aangenaam verblijf

Een rustig gelegen parkje, met een vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooi centraal voor uitstapjes en fietsroutes. Het huisje was ruim en compleet voor ons tweeën. Daar het eigenlijk voor 6 personen is, maar dan was het wel erg krap geweest. Op het park een heerlijk zwembad, waar we bijna dagelijks zijn geweest.Helaas was die bij verwachte regen gesloten.Ook was het jammer dat het huisje geen overkapping of luifel had tegen de zon. De parasol met voet waren allebei van zwakke en goedkope kwaliteit.

Wir haben zum vierten mal Urla...

Wir haben zum vierten mal Urlaub in dieser Ferienanlage gemacht.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Daumen hoch.Leider mussten wir feststellen, das der Zustand zum Teil Renovierungsarbeit benötigt.Die Bestuhlung der Terrasse wurde am letzten Urlaubstag reihum erneuert, das hätten wir uns zu Beginn gewünscht. Auch im Haus fehlt an vielen Stellen ein Neuanstrich, gepflegteres Sofa, mehr Inhalt in den Schränken. Der Whirlpool im Poolgelände wurde nur eine Stunde am Tag geöffnet und es fehlt um den Pool an Schattenspendern. Auch fiel uns auf, das die französische Mietgrundlagen von den deutschen scheinbar abweichen. Sehr viele Häuser wurden von mind. 4 Erwachsenen bewohnt, lt. unseren Bedingungen war das nur 2 Erw. und 2 Kind. bis 14 Jahren erlaubt. Außerdem viele Dauermieter/Handwerkerkolonnen Reisetipps: Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Nette Restaurants. Man hat das Meer und die Berge, sowie schöne Städte in der Nähe, die immer eine Reise wert sind.

Haben bei Ankunft erst einen G...

Haben bei Ankunft erst einen Grundputz gemacht, dann war es OK. Aber ist alles nicht mehr so gut gepflegt in der Anlage. Die Häuser selber, aber auch am Pool waren z.B. fast alle Liegen kaputt (Querstreben gebrochen). Der Pool selber war auch nicht besonders sauber.Für den Preis im September war es gut – im Juli/August würde ich das anders beurteilen. Reisetipps: Schöne Gegend, auch der Ort Colombiers ist nett. Mann kann direkt am Canal–du–midi laufen und Geschäfte gibt es auch in der Nähe. Zum Strandnach Valras–Plage sind es 20 min mit dem Auto. Generell gut gelegen für Ausflüge mit dem Auto.
