Enjoy the best of Colorado from this comfortable home with all the modern amenities. Walk to the delicious new Fern's Cafe or Wines of Colorado! Cave of the Winds, the Broadmoor, Olympic Training Center, North Pole, mountains, hikes and so much more.

The space
Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts - grab your bike and ride up Pikes Peak! You’ll turn from Pikes Peak Highway into a long driveway leading up to the home. Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom one bath, plus loft with a full kitchen, private patio with amenities on a secluded 3.5 acres treed lot. Great for couples getaway or for families with plenty of room to enjoy. This property is a duplex that can be rented together with the 2/1 unit next door to accommodate larger families. With High speed Internet, you can work remotely while being in the great outdoors. Enjoy all that Colorado Springs has to offer and enjoy the mountain living. With and elevation of 7500 feet, you can relax and enjoy from one of two private patios, or two private balconies. Note bedrooms and bathroom is located on the second floor of the home.

No smoking inside the home. Up to 2 dogs allowed with a 1-time $30 per pet fee to cover extra cleaning. Please crate pet if leaving them alone in the house.

Location was great. Has lots of outdoor things to do near by lots of great history in the area. Plenty of local eatery’s in the area with great food. Love the mountain vibe. Had one issue the host had it solved in 10 minutes for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The rental had decent basic kitchen items (plates, bowls, silverware) but did not have standard cookware. Additionally, the kitchen was quite dirty. We saw mice running in the kitchen on the second night, bought traps, and ended up killing and disposing of 2 mice during the stay. I would not recommend it for a relaxing staycation.

Colorado Springs-week vacation

Beautiful and cozy place! Centrally located to all amenities. The host was very gracious when we needed to add more family during the middle of our stay. We loved the location in the mountains , very private but also about 10 min driving distance from everything ,lots of places to enjoy your coffee outside . Large bathroom and huge bathtub We did notice some dog hair in places , not bad but we did notice . Some of the appliances need to be replaced , and the couch was not very comfortable.But it was a very spacious place, and we enjoyed our stay .

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. The property owner was very accommodating and responded in a timely manner. I will say the cleanliness could be better. The pictures are not very recent because the place looks like it's a little worn down and needs some TLC.
