Tila sisältää 3 suljettua makuuhuonetta. Vaikka kotona ei ole keskeistä ilmaa, kaikissa 3 makuuhuoneessa on ikkuna-vaihtovirtalaite sekä kattotuuletin. Ensimmäiseen sisältyy king-size-vuode, toiseen on kerrossänky, jossa on parivuode alhaalla ja yksi kerrossänky, ja kolmas makuuhuone (isäntä) tarjoaa queen-size-vuoteen sekä TV-oleskelualueen ja elliptisen kuntosali, jota vieraat voivat käyttää vapaasti. Molemmissa 2 kylpyhuoneessa on täysi kylpyamme ja suihku. Tärkein olohuone / ruokailutila on kutsuva ja kevyt, ja siinä on mahdollisuus istua 6 ruokapöydässä (jopa 8 ihmistä mahtuu ilman suuria vaikeuksia). Keittiö on erittäin hyvin varusteltu, mukaan lukien seisova sekoitin, tehosekoitin, upotussekoitin, Soda Stream ja Nespresso-kone, ja siinä on myös oma pieni ruokailunurkkaus. Kiinteistössä on etu- ja takapiha, joka on asiakkaiden käytettävissä, mukaan lukien pöytä ja tuolit takana, oleskelutilat, BBQ ja iso lasten leikkirakenne. Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Memorial Hospital Central. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi kuntosalin ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Perfect place to stay with kids

From the moment we saw this place we knew it would be great for kids and sure enough, it was. From the toy room with various creative opportunities, to kid-friendly dishes and spare baby wipes and toiletries - this is a gem of a spot along with its host. She never failed to reply to all my endless questions and was great with recommendations if you are searching for a particular place that’s local. Will stay here again if we can in the future!

Best House we have rented!

This house is just as adorable in person as it is in the photos. Our boys, ages 5 and 8, really loved the house. The playroom and yard were able to keep them entertained during our down time and we didn’t have to bring a single toy with us. The house is in a cute and quiet neighborhood that is close to all the attractions. Everything felt new, comfortable and clean. Would 100% stay here again.

Not just a house, this is a home

This was more than just a rental property. This was a home. It felt homey the moment you walked in and our children ran straight to the playroom and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was things that guest were allowed to use that were already in the house that really made us feel welcome. We truely felt that the customer service aspect of this trip was top notch. It was cute, cozy, homey, and have already recommended this place to several people. It was a great stay for us, and we were sad to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it really made for a safe trip where I wasn’t constantly worried about the kids getting into something they weren’t supposed to, or worried that something wasn’t child proof. Because it was. So for the momma it was relaxing! Thank you again for making our vacation so much better!

Came to Colorado springs to see my youngest daughter and grand children, brought her younger brother, wife and children. It was a wonderful home to stay in, lots of things to do. Neighbors dog barked the entire time. That was the only downfall. Everything else was perfect

This home accommodated all of our family’s needs. My daughters loved the kid’s playroom & outside playground. This home was so close to all of the attractions that we wanted to visit. Only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the heater was set on a timer. We woke up to cold bedrooms. Being from FL this was a struggle

Great Place

This was a great place to stay and relax during the mess of 2020. The owner was very accommodating and provided some assistance in a surprise for my wife's birthday prior tonus arriving. The kids loved all of the toys and games and were well needed after a day of hiking. All places we visited were less than 30 minutes away and location was very convenient.

Great house for families in a great location

My wife and our 4 children ages 4,7,9,11 truly enjoyed this house! My kids loved the playroom, their bedrooms, and the backyard. My wife and I enjoyed the great functionality of the house for food preparation. The house is decorated in a distinctive and tasteful fashion that we appreciated. The pictures on the profile are great, and the real house lives up to expectations! Our kids also loved the selection of children's books. This house is well-located in CO Springs and we were able to see many of the beautiful sites just a short drive away. Thank you Wren family for sharing your home!

Perfect for a family with young children

We enjoyed the property very much! With 3 young kids ages 2, 5, and 9 the playroom was an amazing added bonus. We loved that there were high chairs, changing table, and a pack and play for our use so we didn’t have to travel with those things. The kids loved the play set in the backyard and tire swing in the front. The neighborhood was nice and quiet to come back to after a long day of exploring the area. We would highly recommend this property for families with young children! It was perfect for us!

A little quirky, but in a really good way!

This house is set up a little quirky, but makes a good use of available space and is perfect for a family of 5-6. We had a wonderful time here for a weekend getaway and our kids really enjoyed playing with all the games and toys, along with the great backyard setup. The location is a huge plus, right near the heart of downtown wile still being in a quiet neighborhood. Our family of 5 would definitely stay here again!
