Welcome to our home in the Springs! With 4 bedrooms and 5 beds this house is great for families or larger groups. We have completely updated the entire house and have a hot tub for you to enjoy in the backyard. Only 2 minutes to the heart of downtown, this house is perfect for a night out on the town and close to many other attractions such as Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor and the Olympic Museum! We are also only 2 blocks from Switchback Hillside and they have some of the best coffee in town.

With the entire house to yourself you'll have plenty of privacy! When you walk in you enter the main living room area with a large 65" TV and a breakfast bar connected to the dining room. Off to your right you have two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a full bathroom. After walking through the dining room with a washer and dryer and a microwave in the closet to your right, you enter the full kitchen with a new gas stove, a dishwasher, full fridge and a fully stocked Nespresso coffee bar. On the left side of the kitchen is a panel door that fully opens onto our brick patio. a perfect area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the summertime! After walking through the kitchen you enter the largest bedroom with a California king bed, a tv and a dart board. This bedroom has a door that leads to the backyard with the hot tub. We have a grill and fire pit for you to enjoy as well! Connected to this bedroom, to your right, is the last bedroom with the two twin beds. And connected to this room the the second full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. We also have a portable crib that is always in the back closet for your use if you have an infant or toddler!

Close to everything! Very charming!

Very nicely redone home with lots of thoughtful touches for guests. Very centrally located! Would definitely suggest for couples or kids. Access with a walker or wheelchair would not work if that’s a concern. It wasn’t a concern for us but if we returned with our elderly parents it would be. Things we now think about! Very pleasant stay!

Cannot say enough good things about this property. Completely set up for our family of 5. Hot tub fully hot and ready to go. Lots of special amenities which made our vacation stay perfect!! My husbands favorite part was the rain shower and water pressure-LOL! Definitely recommend to anyone spending time in Colorado Springs !

Quirky suburban stay

This worked perfectly for our family as a home base following a day of hiking and activities! Location was wonderful for Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Home was clean and met all our basic needs. Can't say enough good things about how responsive and kind Mike was, thanks for that! We really enjoyed the cute little quirky art throughout the house. The keyless entry option with the app was awesome. It was very warm the week we were there and had no issues with staying cool.

Details on point!

This place does not disappoint! It has high quality features (kitchen, filtered water, coffee makers, phone chargers, hot tub, privacy blinds, comfortable furniture, beautiful interior, nice showers, etc) that is perfect for a group or family, including beautiful plants all over the home. It is also a very short drive to the downtown area.

Cute modern home.

You can tell the owners put a lot work and modern touches to this cute house. It was clean and exactly how it was advertised. They even supplied some food, beer and other drinks in the fridge. The owners were very prompt in answering back. The only con I would have would be the location.

Colorado Summer Trip

Great base camp for our family to explore the Colorado Springs area. Thoroughly enjoyed the clean, modern, and spacious house. We relaxed every evening in the hot tub to discuss our days adventures. It was very well stocked, and we enjoyed playing darts.

Enjoyable house

The house was exactly as pictured on the listing! The one drawback, air conditioning was not available to the entire house. It was a hot summer week and if we had known there was no air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, we might have not chosen that location. It would have been nice to have a fan to at least direct cooler air into those three rooms. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we appreciated our hosts.

Beautiful house!! Newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and new bathrooms. Perfect spot for a family visiting Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The owners are wonderful to work with! Laundry, hot tub and fire pit were a welcome bonus.

Mountainside getaway

The house was super clean and homely. The owners seem like super nice people! The towels were life changing along with the coffee maker. The view of the mountain was breath taking. Location of the house was a stones throw from downtown. Just book it!!! Will be back with my family.

Mike and Dani were in touch before check in and was available if needed. House was very clean and comfortable. Lots of nice updates. They gave us some great recommendations to local food and activities. The boys loved the chess set and played it quite often. Highly recommended for a visit in the Colorado Springs area!

Stayed here with my fiancé and another couple. The house had everything you would need and was very modern and comfy. Centrally located and close to a lot of great restaurants and activities. The host was friendly and very helpful. An overall great experience!

A Must stay!

This house was absolutely fabulous! Every little detail down to the decor and hospitality were so accommodating and nice! It’s modern flair in addition to the little extras like beverages and food to welcome you and plenty of cleaning and laundry supplies for use during your stay made this visit very comfortable! It’s location was perfect , very close to downtown Colorado Springs where all the great restaurants and bars were at. Also very close to big attractions like Manitou Springs and Garden of the gods so traveling to and from was very convenient. The hot tub and outdoor area was very nice after a long day and the hot tub was heated and ready to go upon arrival. The house was clean well stocked and each room had its own theme which was exciting , fun and unforgettable! If we return to Colorado Springs we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Mike and Dani for being such great hosts!!
